Tantalum

Tantalum is dense, ductile and almost inert. We supply it with its purity, form and analysis stated.
Tantalum resists almost every acid below 150 °C and carries a stable oxide film, which is why it goes into capacitors for electronics, chemical process equipment, medical implants and nickel superalloys for turbine engines. Primary supply comes from a handful of mining regions, so documented origin matters as much as the assay.
Tantalum is supplied by both desks, US and EU: ingot, bar and rod, sheet, plate, wire and powder, and solids and turnings. Purity and niobium content are confirmed by assay before shipment.
