Cobalt

Cobalt supplied with its assay and its origin documented. For many buyers, the second matters as much as the first.
Most cobalt now goes into lithium-ion batteries, and much of the rest into superalloys, cemented carbides and magnets. Because primary supply is concentrated in a few countries, documented origin matters as much as grade, and recycled cobalt gives buyers a supply they can account for.
Cobalt is supplied by both desks, US and EU: cathode and broken metal, superalloy solids and turnings, cobalt-bearing hard metal, grinding sludge and powders. Every lot ships with its assay and paperwork.
