Tell us what you need. Metal, grade, tonnage and delivery destination are enough for us to come back with an offer.
The questions we are asked before the first trade.
If yours is not here, put it in the enquiry form and we will answer it directly.
How do you set the price?
Prices are built from the relevant market reference, the LME where one exists, adjusted for grade, analysis and delivery basis. The offer is put in writing before shipment, so you know exactly what you are agreeing to before the metal moves.
Who pays for transport?
It depends on the delivery basis in the offer. Ex-works or FCA means you arrange the haulage from our loading point; delivered or CIF means the price already includes freight to your site or port. Whichever applies is written into the terms before anything moves.
What documents do I need to provide?
A company extract or equivalent registration, a VAT number and identification for the signatory. On our side, every shipment leaves with its analysis, origin evidence and the transport and waste-transfer paperwork for cross-border movements.
What is the payment term?
Payment is by bank transfer, on the terms set in the offer, from an account in the buyer's name. We do not accept cash and we do not accept payment from third parties on behalf of a counterparty.
Is there a minimum tonnage?
It varies by metal. Specialty metals such as hafnium or cobalt ship in small lots; steel scrap, aluminium and cable move by the truck or container load. Send your requirement and we will tell you plainly whether it works.
What happens if a delivery does not match the specification?
Every shipment leaves with its analysis and weighbridge ticket. If a delivery does not match the agreed specification, we review it with you before anything is settled. Nothing is settled on a disputed weight or a disputed grade.
Do you sell to private individuals?
No. We trade business to business only. Buyers must be registered entities with a verifiable company extract and VAT number.
Which countries do you cover?
Europe is served by our EU desk in Geneva and the United States by our US desk in Los Angeles. We also ship to Asia and Australia, where the lot size and the destination make the freight work. Anything outside those regions is looked at case by case.
